Our Story
With 30 years combined experience in professional sport and business, we have worked directly with top head coaches and teams.
Through years of friendship and many conversations comparing experiences, we created The Leadership Circle. Now, working with businesses, our mission is to deliver training that isn’t just nice in theory, but is highly impactful in practice.
Will Webster
A former teacher, at just 24 Will became the youngest coach in World Sevens Series history. With 15 years of professional and international rugby experience, including major trophies and success across four continents, he now mentors head coaches in six sports, bringing deep insight into what drives high-performing teams.
Harry Tabor
A former multi-sport national champion, Oxford Blue, and ultra-runner, Harry combines a sports background with over a decade of business experience across Asia. From being on the ground leading local airline teams through volcanic eruptions and terrorist attacks in Indonesia, to leading strategy and transformation at one of Asia’s major companies, he brings deep knowledge of the challenges facing business leaders today
